Other Programs
Southern offers a variety of other programs to help athletes develop and progress. These include trampoline training, water ramp, summer glacier camps, dryland fitness training, fitness assessments, and sport phychology workshops.

Duration: Every Tuesday & Thursday for 8 weeks

Times: 8-9pm or 9-10pm
Where: Calgary Gym Centre
Duration: Wednesday nights throughout ski season (16 sessions, exact dates TBD)
