2009/2010 Cold Weather PolicySouthern Alberta Freestyle Ski Club puts the health and safety of it's athletes and coaches first. In situations of extreme cold weather, training will be canceled and rescheduled later in the season. In the event of forecasted cold weather (below -30C with wind chill), a training update will be emailed to all club members, as well, as notice will be posted on the club website. It is the responsibility of all members to check the website frequently for weather updates.
This policy is effective for weekend training at Sunshine Village and mid-week at COP.
The club will use the following weather information when considering training.
